What is the return policy?

At ZYA, we want you to love your pieces. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Exchange


To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Tags must remain attached
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for exchange (e.g., accessories, intimates, sale items). These will be clearly marked on the product page.

Faulty Items

If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Our team will review and assist with a replacement or credit where appropriate.

How to Request an Exchange

Email us at ziya.enquire@gmail.com or contact us through our website with:

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to exchange
  • Your preferred size/colour

Shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I get my order?

We know you’re excited to receive your ZYA pieces, so here’s everything you need to know about our shipping times

Australian Orders (Local Shipping)

ZYA is proudly based in Melbourne, Australia.

We aim to process and dispatch all local orders within 4-5 business days.

Delivery time will then depend on your chosen shipping method and your location within Australia.

International Orders

For customers outside Australia, please allow 3–5 business days for order processing.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination, but generally:

  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 7–14 business days
  • USA & Canada: 10–18 business days
  • UK & Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of World: 12–25 business days

Customs delays may occur depending on your country’s regulations, which are outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
